Job Description of SAP Support Lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Certification in SAP PP module
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP module and integration with other modules
Experience
- 4 – 5 years of experience in managing SAP End Users Support
- Experience of working on SAP PP module preferably in Textile Industry
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers.
- Coordinate with business units leads to identify SAP requirements and solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance of SAP modules and projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP team.
- Monitor SAP system performance and implement improvements.
- Develop and execute SAP training programs for team members and end-users.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for SAP-related projects.
Skills
- Knowledge of SAP PP module preferably in Textile Industry. Technical knowledge of PP module configuration will be added advantage.
- Managing Support for End Users including issues tracking and resolution
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
