Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree (Civil Engineering Preferred)
- MS Word, Excel (Must)
- AutoCAD, Sketchup & Tally (Preferred)
- Ability/Basic knowledge to read Property related documents & Plans
- 0-2 Years experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Valuation Report drafting
- Collect necessary details from various websites
- Associate with Valuer, site Engineer & Clients
- Regular Communication with various Banks & Financial Institutions
- Real estate - Market research, Analysis & Maintain database
- Preparing Plan & Estimation (Added Advantage)
