Preschool Teacher – Job Description
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Preschool Teacher who enjoys working with young children and creating a fun learning environment.
Timing: 9:00Am to 6:30PM (Mon to Fri) and Sat (10am to 4PM)
Salary: Upto 25K
Location: 392, 2nd Cross, MLA Layout, RMV 2nd Stage, 80 Ft Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560094 (Upcoming)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Help children learn through play-based and hands-on activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow daily classroom routines and manage children’s behavior positively.
- Observe and track children’s learning, development, and behavior.
- Maintain student records and share progress updates with parents.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and maintain good communication with parents.
- Ensure children’s safety and follow health and emergency procedures.
- Provide basic first aid when required.
- Participate in training programs and work with other teachers to improve learning activities.
Skills and Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- NTT / Teacher Training Course / Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of preschool teaching experience.
- Age should be 20 years or above.
- Good English communication skills:
- Reading and understanding activities.
- Writing child observations and reports.
- Speaking confidently with parents and children.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
