Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Generate and convert sales leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product availability, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are displayed attractively.
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and showroom activities.
