Digital Marketing & Creative Associate (Healthcare)
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday,
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing healthcare team in Trivandrum. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys digital marketing, social media management, and video editing.
Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Edit short videos, reels and educational content using Filmora, or similar software.
- Design posters and social media creatives using Canva.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Publish and optimize SEO blog posts on WordPress.
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with doctors and the team to create educational and awareness content.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to improve productivity and content quality.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Basic video editing skills (Filmora, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media management.
- Good communication skills and creativity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and automation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Basic understanding of lead generation.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role.
- Morning work can be done remotely from home.
- Team discussions and coordination will take place in the evening at the clinic. (1 hour daily)
