Requirements:
Qualification: Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (Healthcare experience preferred).

- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
