Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with doctors, conduct online product demonstrations, and convert leads into customers. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer handover while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls.
- Schedule and conduct product demos via Google Meet.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Share proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Collect payments and coordinate customer onboarding.
- Conduct a welcome meeting after sales closure.
- Handover customers to the Customer Success team.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
