We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team while ensuring the achievement of departmental goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive performance and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
* Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
* Allocate tasks, track progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
* Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Resolve team escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Maintain high service quality and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
* Support, and training of new team members.
* Ensure team discipline, and operational efficiency.
* Achieve departmental KPIs while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 2–5 years of experience in Team Handling, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and Hindi.
