Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operation of all technology systems, safeguarding data security, and providing technical support across all departments. The role requires strong technical expertise in hotel systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's IT infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), ERP, and other hospitality applications.
- Ensure high availability of network, server, internet, and communication systems.
- Maintain system security through firewall management, antivirus protection, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical support to all hotel departments and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, Wi-Fi, telephony, television, and audio-visual systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and system upgrades.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, user access, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
- Lead IT projects, technology upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Five-Star Hotel is Mandatory.
- International Hotel Brand experience is Mandatory.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Age Limit: Below 40 Years.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of OPERA and HOTSOFT Hotel Management Systems (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Firewall configuration and management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
