Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments
- Remind customers about pending EMI amounts and due dates
- Explain loan details, outstanding balances, and repayment schedules
- Understand and record reasons for payment delays
- Guide customers on available payment modes (Bank transfer, UPI, App, Branch, etc.)
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines while communicating with customers
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during calls
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
