Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HVAC Store Incharge to manage store operations, inventory control, and material handling related to HVAC systems. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of HVAC spare parts, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience in handling store software/ERP systems for efficient inventory and reporting management.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Maintain proper stock of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment
- Handle inward and outward material entries accurately
- Ensure proper storage and handling of HVAC components
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records using advanced MS Excel and store software/ERP systems
- Generate MIS reports, stock reports, and inventory analysis reports
- Maintain proper documentation and store records systematically
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and dispatch activities
Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure timely availability of materials for project and service activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth inventory flow
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store area
- Support smooth operational activities through efficient stock management
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC spare parts and materials
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Mandatory)
- Experience in store management software / ERP systems (Mandatory)
- Inventory and stock handling capability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and reporting ability
- Ability to manage store operations independently

- Candidates with HVAC store handling experience preferred
- Strong MIS and reporting skills
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques
