Job Description
- To do programming for the required application as per solution expectations from Customer. To do programming of Robots. PLC, HMI establishing the communication protocol with industrial robots.Appplication develpmen in Lab View Environment.
- To make right controllers selection required for complete application design minimizing the cost.
- To prepare application schematic in AutoCAD Electrical, Solid Works Electrical BOM and Interfacing diagrams, realising design and manufacturing issues.
- To prepare application programming blocks and preparing programmed function reports.
- To do application complete wiring, ferruling, labelling as per framed schematic drawing.
- To prepare application Operation and Programming Manual to be supplied with application.
- Co-ordination with team for concept design, development, Installation and Performing Trials.To prepare final QA, FAT & SAT reports for customer acceptance.
- To check and do record keeping for the Design Included Parts, their design specifcaitons for next project inclusion.
- To do application installation at site and provide application demonstration.
- To provide developed application onsite training to users.
