Job Overview:
Ampper Controls and Automation is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of industrial automation solutions, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical support during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the automation sector
- Visit clients and understand their technical requirements
- Promote and sell automation solutions such as PLCs, control panels, and electrical systems
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or automation (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, Panels, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

- Understanding of control panel systems and automation projects
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
