We are looking for a passionate and experienced RPA UiPath Trainer to train students and freshers in real-time automation development using UiPath. The trainer should be able to explain concepts in a simple and practical way with hands-on projects and industry-oriented training.
Job Role
- Train students in UiPath RPA development
- Teach automation concepts from basic to advanced level
- Handle live coding sessions and practical assignments
- Explain workflows, selectors, variables, REFramework, Orchestrator, and debugging
- Guide students in mini projects and real-time use cases
- Support interview preparation and placement training
- Create training materials, notes, and practice tasks
- Conduct doubt-clearing and assessment sessions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- Good understanding of RPA concepts and automation workflows
- Experience with Excel automation, PDF automation, email automation, web scraping, and data extraction
- Knowledge of REFramework and exception handling
- Basic understanding of SQL/API integration is a plus
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Ability to mentor beginners and explain concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Any degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- UiPath Certification preferred
- Previous training or mentoring experience is an advantage
