Job Description
We're looking for a Frontend Developer who can work confidently inside an existing Laravel Blade codebase, translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI, and ship changes through a clean Git/PR workflow. This is not a "build a new SPA from scratch" role — you'll be extending and maintaining a live, server-rendered application, matching existing patterns and conventions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify server-rendered Laravel Blade (.blade.php) templates within an existing Laravel application.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive desktop and mobile layouts.
Build mobile-responsive interfaces manually, ensuring compatibility down to approximately 375px screen widths.
Write, maintain, and optimize Tailwind CSS using utility classes, responsive prefixes, arbitrary values, custom gradients, and advanced styling techniques.
Compile and rebuild Tailwind CSS locally as part of the development workflow.
Follow existing Laravel codebase patterns, component structures, and frontend conventions.
Enhance and maintain live server-rendered applications without introducing unnecessary frameworks or rebuilds.
Collaborate through Git workflows, create pull requests, and manage code changes using Bitbucket.
Work closely with team members in an async environment and provide clear progress updates.
Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable frontend code.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Laravel Blade templates and server-rendered Laravel applications.
Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS, including utility classes, responsive design, arbitrary values, and custom styling.
Ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, pixel-perfect frontend implementations.
Experience building responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Strong understanding of Git workflows and pull-request-based collaboration (Bitbucket experience preferred).
Comfortable working within an existing codebase and following established development patterns.
Ability to set up and run a local Laravel environment using Composer and NPM.
Familiarity with compiling frontend assets and managing Tailwind build workflows.
Basic PHP knowledge to integrate Blade templates with existing controllers and data.
Experience with Vanilla JavaScript or jQuery is a plus.
Experience with Laravel Backpack, dashboards, charts, or data-table interfaces is a plus.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
