We're Hiring | Purchase Executive (Hospitality)
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 4–5 years in the Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and budget requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service standards.
