Position: Assistant Bartender

Reports To: Head Bartender / Bar Manager
Role Summary
The Assistant Bartender supports the bar team in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth bar operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to learn mixology, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure bar counter, tools, and equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice
- Prepare basic ingredients (cut fruits, juices, syrups, etc.)
- Serve drinks to guests as directed by the bartender
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Handle glassware washing and polishing
- Support in inventory checks and stock rotation
- Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours
- Follow all company SOPs and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in bar or restaurant service (freshers with interest can apply)
- Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player
Preferred Skills
- Interest in mixology and beverage trends
- Basic understanding of cocktails and spirits
- Good grooming and presentation
- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
