Junior Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design development and drawings
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape)
- Work on municipal approval drawings
- Site coordination with contractors and engineers
- Prepare working drawings and revisions
Experience
- 4–5 years in residential or mixed-use projects
Education
- B.Arch (registered or eligible with Council of Architecture)
Skills
- AutoCAD (essential)
- SketchUp (preferred)
- Understanding of municipal rules and building regulations
- Basic site execution knowledge
