Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Generate MIS reports and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally ERP, ERP software, or SAP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure sector.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
