- Visitor Management: Greeting guests, issuing visitor passes, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication: Managing incoming/outgoing calls, taking messages, and handling general email inquiries.
- Administration: Maintaining front office files, managing courier/mail, and keeping the reception area organized.
- Operational Support: Assisting with scheduling, billing, data entry, and coordinating with housekeeping or security.
- Hospitality/Check-in: Handling guest check-ins/check-outs, and taking reservations in hotels or business centers.
