Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication channels among clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
