Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Retail Trainer to train, groom and develop retail store employees across Maharashtra. The role involves travelling to retail stores and conducting practical, on-floor training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site training for retail sales teams across Maharashtra.
- Train employees on sales techniques, customer handling and conversion skills.
- Develop strong greeting, communication and customer engagement practices.
- Train teams on Visual Merchandising (VM) and store presentation standards.
- Improve product presentation, upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Train employees on grooming, body language, professional etiquette and store discipline.
- Conduct role plays, demonstrations and practical on-floor coaching.
- Identify skill gaps and provide individual/team feedback and coaching.
- Monitor training effectiveness and share feedback with management.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10+ years of experience in Retail, Retail Sales, Store Operations or Training.
- Candidates with 10+ years of hands-on retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior formal training experience is preferred but not mandatory for strong retail professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and people-management skills.
- Confident, energetic, well-groomed and professional personality.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, customer service and VM.
- A go-getter with the ability to motivate, coach and influence teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

Location: Across Maharashtra
Travel: Regular travel to retail stores across Maharashtra is required. (Company Paid)
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 2.0 per week
