Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Manage orders in Tally and CRM. Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch for accurate updates. Track order status and follow up proactively. Support quotation and pricing. Quick with numbers, comfortable with calculations, strong in Kannada and English. Tally experience preferred (not mandatory)
