Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operation theatre for surgical procedures
- Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of OT equipment and instruments
- Check functionality of OT machines and equipment before surgery
- Shift patients safely to and from the operation theatre
- Dispose biomedical waste according to hospital protocols
- Maintain OT records and inventory
- Follow infection control and NABH protocols
- Ensure availability of emergency drugs and consumables
- Assist in post-operative cleaning and preparation for next surgery
Required Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology
- Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures
Skills Required
- Knowledge of OT protocols and sterile techniques
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Time management and attention to detail
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Hospital experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts including night duty
- Emergency and on-call duty when required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
