Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, with quality and as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work and labor teams
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and designers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and design plans
Monitor project timelines and progress
Maintain quality standards and site safety
Handle material delivery and stock at site
Report daily updates to the management team
Solve on-site issues efficiently
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
Knowledge of interior materials and finishes
Understanding of site execution and detailing
Core Skills:
Strong communication and coordination
Problem-solving ability
Time management
Leadership and team handling
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture (preferred)
Relevant site experience in interior projects
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of measurements and BOQ
Experience in residential / commercial interior projects
Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
