Job Overview:
RDB Textiles Ltd is seeking a driven Software Developer - Team Lead to spearhead our in-house development and business intelligence initiatives. In this onsite role, you will lead a small team to build robust applications using ASP.NET (C#), manage database architectures in SQL Server, and deliver actionable analytics via Power BI.
Local Candidate Preference: This is a 100% onsite position at our office. We are prioritizing candidates residing in Bhadreswar or nearby surrounding areas for an easy daily commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Team Guidance: Mentor a small development team, assign sprint tasks, and perform code reviews.
- App Development: Build and maintain high-performance web applications using ASP.NET Core / MVC and C#.
- Database Management: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes in SQL Server.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Power BI Dashboards: Design and deploy interactive reports to help leadership monitor textile operations, inventory, and sales.
- Data Engineering: Build scalable data models using DAX and manage automated dataset refreshes.
Core Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of software development experience, with proven experience leading small teams or projects.
- Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Power BI.
- Location: Must be located nearby and comfortable with a daily onsite commute to the office.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or textile industry ERP workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud components.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
