Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Manager – HR & Administration to oversee human resource functions, office administration, and executive support to the Directors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee management, recruitment, HR documentation, internal coordination, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Director Support
- Coordinate and manage administrative requirements for all Directors.
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Assist Directors in daily business coordination and task management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required by management.
Human Resources Management
- Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for effective resolutions.
Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate internal staff operations.
- Monitor employee discipline, productivity, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Support training and development initiatives where required.
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping, maintenance, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with external service providers, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft professional emails, letters, notices, and official communications.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and administrative reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, recruitment trackers, and management dashboards.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and record management.
- Generate periodic reports for management review and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Administration preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,515.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
