Prepare a budget forecast.
Manage and coordinate raw materials and consumables.
Resource and manpower handling.
Escalating any production issues.
Ensuring 5s and Kaizen activities on the shop floor.
Do root cause analysis for any production issues.
Maintain documentation for all processes.
Ensuring timely deliveries of products.
Handling manpower issues and day to day plant operational challenges.
Rejection/quality control and timely monitoring.
Pay: ₹476,742.78 - ₹1,840,712.59 per year
