Role Overview : We're looking for a fresher or early-career MBA graduate to join our Team as a Management Trainee. You'll work on-site / client locations, supporting day-to-day operations, system workflows, and process improvements in a fast-paced travel-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor operational workflows across mobility and travel-tech systems
- Analyse processes, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with IT, product, and operations teams to streamline execution
- Support vendor management, system integrations, and troubleshooting
- Serve as client SPOC for cab operations (where applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Operations/Systems (Freshers to 1 year of experience)
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
- Basic understanding of technology, databases, and operational workflows
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Comfortable working on-site at client locations
- Must own a personal laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
