Role overview

Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Collaborate with business and sales operations teams to transform quote-to-order processes using Oracle CPQ Cloud.
Key responsibilities

Conduct workshops with sales, finance, and operations stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ requirements (configuration, pricing, approvals, documents).

Design Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions including architecture, data model, integration patterns, and roadmap aligned with CX and ERP landscape.

Configure CPQ modules: Product Configuration, Commerce (steps, actions, rules), Pricing, Discounting, Approval Workflows, and Document Engine/Designer.

Develop and maintain BML/BMQL, utility libraries, commerce libraries, and complex rules (validation, hiding, constraints, formula management).

Integrate CPQ with CRM and ERP (e.g., Fusion Sales/Service, Subscription, Enterprise contracts, Order Management) using REST/SOAP web services (WSDL, XML, JSON, XSL, security standards).

Prepare functional and technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution blueprints.

Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect triage, performance tuning, and cutover planning for CPQ releases.

Provide post‑go‑live support, enhancements, and best‑practice guidance; act as trusted advisor on CPQ roadmap and new features.
Required skills and experience

7–10+ years in CX/CRM/Quote-to-Order implementations with at least 3–5 years hands‑on Oracle CPQ Cloud.

Strong expertise in CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, pricing rules, workflows, and approvals.

Proficiency in BML/BMQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; good understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, XSL).

Experience integrating CPQ with Oracle CX Cloud (Fusion Sales/Service, Subscription, Enterprise contracts and Order Management) and ERP systems.

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and security standards for CPQ integrations.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to interface with business and technical stakeholders.
Education and certifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent).
- Oracle CPQ Cloud or Oracle CX certifications preferred.
