C2D Solutions Pte Ltd is looking for skilled and motivated BIM Modelers – MEP to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The successful candidates will work on Singapore-based MEP BIM projects and gain exposure to international BIM standards and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Model HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical building services
- Prepare BIM models, shop drawings and construction/coordination drawings
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models
- Follow project BIM standards, workflows and naming conventions
- Work with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and project teams
- Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability
- Support model updates based on design changes and site requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in BIM / MEP modelling
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical
- Knowledge of Navisworks / clash detection
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage
- Ability to understand MEP drawings and engineering layouts
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
