Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the CHA Documentation Department with good knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparation and filing of Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry independently
· Handling import and export documentation activities.
· Coordination with customers , shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams. etc
· Ensuring timely submission of documents for customs clearance.
· Checking and verifying the relevant documents and other shipping documents/ mandatory documents as per customs regulations
Knowledge of ICEGATE/EDI filing procedures.
Requirements:
· Minimum experience in CHA activities/documentation department.
· Further experience in Odex applications etc
· Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
