Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site)
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads for IT projects
- Research and target new business opportunities (domestic & international)
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch our IT services accordingly
- Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion
- Meet monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, software, etc.)
- Knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.) is a plus
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently
- Willingness to learn and grow in the IT sales domain
