INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE (Work From Office)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly energetic and disciplined Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by connecting with colleges and educational institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 50–60 outbound sales calls daily to Principals, Placement Officers, and HODs.
* Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
* Maintain detailed records and update activities in the CRM system.
* Execute and monitor email campaigns to engage prospects.
* Schedule meetings and presentations for the leadership team.
* Build strong relationships through timely communication and excellent coordination.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Exceptional follow-up ability and strong memory to manage multiple prospects effectively.
* Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
* Good working knowledge of CRM tools and email communication.
* Highly organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
