Role: ELK Developer
exp: 7+Years
Location:Mumbai
- Manage and lead enterprise-scale Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) production environments.
- Perform ELK administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades.
- Manage Elasticsearch clusters, nodes, shards, replicas, indexing, and capacity planning.
- Handle critical production incidents, escalations, RCA, and problem management.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of ELK platforms in 24×7 production environments.
- Develop and implement monitoring, automation, scripting, and operational best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams.
- Manage SLA compliance, availability, operational processes, and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage ELK/Observability technical support teams while coordinating with customer stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, REST APIs, scripting, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
