About the Role
A leading Warehouse Innovation & Design Consulting firm is looking for an Assistant Consultant to support data-driven design of warehouses, distribution centres, and fulfilment centres. You'll work on capacity planning, process flow design, and layout development — translating client requirements into functional, optimized warehouse solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discussions, site studies, and pre-design audits
- Analyse inventory and throughput data through statistical modelling
- Develop warehouse process flows, layouts, and infrastructure solutions
- Guide the Project Designer on AutoCAD drawings (plan, elevation, section)
- Coordinate with vendors during equipment supply, installation, and commissioning
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and SOPs
- Support RFQ responses — data analysis, resource calculation, and costing
- Manage client servicing and site visits through implementation
Skills Required
- Strong MS Excel skills — data analysis, statistical modelling, visualization
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Planning, scheduling, and time management ability
- Sound understanding of warehousing operations, storage systems, MHE, and automation

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
