Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and industry platforms
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for web, mobile, and AI development services
Maintain an active pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide preliminary insights
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the system
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential markets
2–2.5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (preferably in IT services or SaaS)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound outreach
Good understanding of IT services like mobile apps, web development, AI/ML, and automation (basic level is fine)
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
A proactive, positive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to build rapport with international clients
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to grow into a business development role
