· Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
· Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exits.
· Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HRIS systems.
· Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
· Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and training programs.
· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
· Support succession planning and talent development for key positions.
· Lead the HR team and ensure timely execution of HR operations.
· Authority
· Approve recruitment decisions and employee transfers within defined limits.
· Recommend policy changes, organizational restructuring, and compensation adjustments.
· Represent HR in audits, statutory inspections, and external HR forums.
- Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices essential.
· Experience Requirements:
· 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
· Experience in HR operations, compliance, and people management.
· Industry-specific HR experience is an added advantage.
· Skills & Competencies:
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to manage change and drive organizational development.
· Working Conditions & Tools:
· Office-based role with regular employee and management interactions.
· Occasional travel for recruitment drives, training, or compliance audits.
· Use of HRIS, payroll software, and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
