Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist in contributing to the overall growth of the company's biotechnology division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers solve their technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion and Sales:
- Promote and sell biotechnology products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the biotechnology sector.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and product information to customers and sales teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and advancements in biotechnology.
- Training and Education:
- Provide training and educational support to sales teams and customers.
- Develop training materials and programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer insights and feedback.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical support in the biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of biotechnology products and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mind-set.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
