Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Property Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating property sales, handling client relationships, conducting site visits, and executing marketing activities to promote residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and field marketing.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Update customer data and sales reports regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of property sales processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Must possess good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
