Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Civil Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be able to manage site work, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure quality execution, and support project planning from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, architects, and internal teams.
- Check measurements, material usage, bills, and work progress.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at the site.
- Prepare basic site reports, progress updates, and cost estimates.
- Identify issues early and suggest practical solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience in civil/site engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, site supervision, measurements, and quality checks.
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and comfortable handling site-level work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
- Candidates based in Chennai will be preferred.
