Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 70 Line / 90 Line Extruder Operator for cable manufacturing operations. Candidate should have knowledge of PVC/FRLS/XLPE extrusion process and cable production activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate 70 mm & 90 mm extrusion lines efficiently
- Set machine parameters as per cable size and material
- Handle PVC, FRLS, PE & XLPE compounds
- Maintain insulation and sheathing thickness within tolerance
- Perform die & tip changing and centering
- Monitor spark test, diameter, and surface finish
- Maintain production records and shift reports
- Reduce material wastage and machine downtime
- Ensure quality standards during production
- Coordinate with production and quality departments
Requirements
- Experience in cable extrusion line operation
- Knowledge of house wire, LT cable, control cable, or flexible cable production
- Basic understanding of cable standards and quality checks
- Ability to handle troubleshooting during production
Pay: ₹13,756.79 - ₹36,724.23 per month
Work Location: In person
