- Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Technical Content Writer, preferably within the SaaS, IT Services, Gaming, or Digital Product industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing published content related to CRM/SaaS products, mobile applications, web platforms, games, gaming technologies, and software development services.
- Ability to create compelling marketing and product-focused content that effectively communicates the value of games, digital products, and technology solutions to diverse audiences.
- Research, write, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for gaming products, CRM platforms, mobile applications, web solutions, AR/VR experiences, and other digital products while maintaining technical accuracy and user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, Developers, Marketing Teams, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with product objectives, branding, and business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts, game features, and software functionalities into clear, user-friendly, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure consistency in content style, tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication channels and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends in gaming, mobile and web technologies, SaaS products, CRM solutions, and emerging digital experiences to create relevant and impactful content.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, and analytics tools to improve content performance and visibility
