Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and confident Inside Sales Specialist who knows how to convert leads into successful sales, especially while dealing with international clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, previous sales experience, and the ability to achieve daily targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential international clients.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable product/service solutions.
- Convert calls into successful sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and conversion reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve daily conversion targets consistently.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience (tele-sales, inside sales, or international sales preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in converting leads into sales.
- Experience handling international clients is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (good to have).
