Job Summary
Pune's preferred Corporate Daycare provider Little Big World, now a preferred daycare in Bangalore is looking for a Centre Head/ Centre manager/ Centre Director. We are looking for passionate & dedicated professionals to join the team.
This role is a full day job for our daycare centre at Bangalore. It entails supervision and management of our corporate day care cum preschool. Duties mainly include enrollments, parent engagement, team management, recruitment, administration and centre supervision, supported by staff members, upholding highest standards of supervision, care, hygiene, learning, and nutrition. Candidate must have prior experience of daycare/ preschool management in a leadership role, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff, parents & children daily.
Minimum Qualification
- 30+ years of age
- At least a graduate, preferably post graduate
- Must have a strong command over English
- Prior managerial experience in preschool/ daycare
- Maturity to supervise challenging operations on high standards of transparency, integrity, professionalism and care
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), Child Psychology/ Pediatrician/ any other field, Teacher Training Course
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-centric operations on high quality standards
- Computer skills, email correspondence, MS office
