Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end exhibition operations, logistics coordination, IGI certification processes, jewellery selection for exhibitions, and secure packaging of jewellery products. The role ensures smooth execution of domestic and international exhibitions while maintaining inventory accuracy, product presentation, and compliance with certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Logistics Management
- Coordinate shipment and transportation of jewellery for exhibitions, clients, and business partners.
- Manage courier services, customs documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Track inventory movement and maintain logistics records.
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of high-value jewellery items.
2. IGI Coordination
- Coordinate with International Gemological Institute (IGI) for jewellery certification and grading.
- Prepare and submit jewellery pieces for certification.
- Maintain records of certificates and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up on certification status and delivery timelines.
3. Exhibition Planning
- Plan and organize participation in jewellery exhibitions and trade shows.
- Coordinate booth setup, display arrangements, and exhibition materials.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor communications.
- Ensure all exhibition requirements are completed before deadlines.
4. Exhibition Selection & Product Merchandising
- Select jewellery collections suitable for exhibitions based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for product availability.
- Maintain inventory lists for exhibition stock.
- Ensure attractive presentation and merchandising of products.
5. Jewellery Packaging
- Oversee secure and premium packaging of jewellery items.
- Ensure packaging meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare products for shipment, exhibitions, and client deliveries.
- Monitor packaging inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
