Customer Interaction & Service Coordination
- Welcome customers, understand their vehicle service or repair requirements, and record complaints accurately.
- Provide professional advice on vehicle maintenance, service schedules, and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines, costs, and approvals.
2. Work Order & Service Management
- Prepare and manage work orders, ensuring all service activities are logged correctly.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to schedule vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Track service progress and ensure completion within promised timelines.
3. Quality & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure all services meet company quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary to management.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle services, parts used, and service charges.
- Prepare service reports, analyze common complaints, and suggest improvements.
- Assist in warranty claims processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Sales Support & Upselling
- Recommend additional services, spare parts, or accessories as per customer needs.
- Promote preventive maintenance plans and service packages to customers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
