Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end academic operations for classroom and online batches.
- Plan and coordinate student onboarding, batch scheduling, and orientations.
- Allocate trainers and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
- Curriculum Development: Coordinate with industry experts, update curriculum, prepare lesson plans, and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor lesson plans, attendance, assessments, examinations, and certifications.
- Handle student support, grievance resolution, and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Staff Assessment: Evaluate trainer performance, arrange substitute trainers, and support trainer development.
- Support recruitment, appraisals, and performance management of trainers.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for learning materials, printing, LMS, certificates, and maintain vendor records.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, Accounts, and Placement teams for smooth academic operations.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Conduct quality audits, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 Years Experience in academic operations, education management, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambalathara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
