Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMware Workspace ONE Engineer with 8–10 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Modern Endpoint Management. The role will serve as the technical lead for Workspace ONE platforms, driving architecture, implementation, operational excellence, security compliance, and complex issue resolution
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical SME and escalation point for VMware Workspace ONE solutions. Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access environments. Lead device lifecycle management across iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, and macOS platforms. Define and implement security, compliance, conditional access, and Zero Trust mobility strategies. Lead Workspace ONE platform upgrades, migrations, optimizations, and modernization initiatives. Drive integration with Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory, SSO, PKI, MFA, and enterprise security solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex MDM, application deployment, enrollment, and authentication issues. Develop architecture documents, SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards. Lead incident, problem, and change management activities. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance across support teams. Collaborate with clients, security teams, and infrastructure teams for solution design and governance. Support audits, compliance reviews, and enterprise mobility governance initiatives

Technical Skills Mandatory Strong hands-on experience with: VMware Workspace ONE UEM Workspace ONE Access VMware Intelligence Mobile Device Management (MDM) Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Extensive experience managing: iOS / iPadOS Android Enterprise Windows 10/11 MDM macOS Strong expertise in: Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory Conditional Access SSO & MFA PKI & Certificate Management Identity & Access Management Experience with: Apple Business Manager (ABM) Android Enterprise Windows Autopilot Application Packaging & Deployment Workspace ONE Tunnel AirWatch Architecture

Preferred Skills PowerShell scripting and automation. VMware Horizon administration. Experience with Microsoft Intune coexistence or migration projects. Knowledge of Endpoint Security and Zero Trust architecture. ITIL Service Management practices. Experience handling large enterprise mobility environments ( >10K devices). Leadership & Soft Skills Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture workshops. Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities. Experience mentoring support and engineering teams. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Education Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
