Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through websites, social media, property portals, and other marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and purchase intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until closure or disqualification.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and status updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
